Setting and Achieving Goals

Our syllabus is based around a coloured belt structure. The focus of training should be on the journey, acquiring new skills and overall development and having fun.

Striving towards a new belt is a valuable lesson in setting and reaching goals.

Students are invited to grade by the chief instructor, when they have achieved the required skill level. During a grading fitness, mental strength and technique will be assessed under pressure.
