Coordination and body image

Training will develop the student’s awareness of their body, how it functions and how to control it. This process leads to improving fitness, mobility, coordination and strength. The training helps to build self-confidence, communication and teaches a student valuable life skills.

Experienced instructors

Self Defence

Fitness and Health

Training at the Hakudakan gives you a fun, healthy workout. A typical 2 hour class will begin with a light 15-20 minute warm up, then a 20-30 minute pad circuit, followed by group training and then syllabus progression training.
