Training at the Hakudakan gives you a fun, healthy workout. A typical 2 hour class will begin with a light 15-20 minute warm up, then a 20-30 minute pad circuit, followed by group training and then syllabus progression training.

You will be encouraged to work hard during sessions, but this will be dependent on your current level of fitness and ability. Hakudakan training is intense but each student can advance at their own pace.
